      Good Colleagues Good SOPs Clear objectives

      Cons

      Management will play their own political games with clients and you will get stuck in the middle. Promised increment wasn't given. Emotionally abusive direct supervisor. Supervisor will bother you during MC/Off days/even when you are on leave. Supervisor will bother you at 11pm to do work.
