      Great salary and benefits. Busy portfolio so it was never dull.

      Cons

      They have their metrics that they like to stay within when it comes to adequately staffing a portfolio. Sometimes it works - and sometimes it does not. When it doesn't you will feel it and have to decide for yourself on a work/life balance.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
