Pros
40 hours per week in the office with five short breaks and barely any exposure to daylight, it felt exhausting. I even had to shorten my lunch if I arrived late or had an emergency. It often felt like I was just a robot. The only positive was that this strict routine mainly applied to new employees, not everyone.
Cons
I was hired as IT Business Application Support, but soon after starting, my role was changed to Systems Analyst without discussion. Very unprofessional.
