      Pros

      salary comes on time ,that is the only good thing.

      Cons

      1. MNC culture not present. 2. Too much workload and not enough resources. 3. Seniors dont back you up in front of clients. 4. Less salary. 5. You are not reporting to just one guy, you are reporting to everyone. 6. No defined responsibilities.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
