Pros
Good, friendly, casual environment. Lots of opportunity for learning and growth. Some good morale events. Doesn't require a CPA. Opportunity for up to two remote days a week.
Cons
It's an endless cycle of doing pretty much the same thing each month. Everything revolves around the deadlines you need to meet for getting reports out to clients. Sometimes REMs are unresponsive and unhelpful so it eats into your time and you have to try and get information from them to correct errors. I don't like the cubicle set up. It's too wide open and you can hear everyone else on the phone and talking to each other all day. Luckily they do allow headphones but it's still fairly uncomfortable and doesn't feel like you really have your own space.
