      Pros

      Good-to-great company to work for with support for anyone to chose their career path within the company. Easy process to move between business lines and to apply to positions in other markets.

      Cons

      Some inconsistency within management. If you're luck to find a good leader, the support and mentoring is great. If you're unfortunate to not have a great leader, there are ways around it, but the company is slow to remove those who don't lead by example.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
