Pros
The benefits are great though maternity leave policy could be improved. Currently, you have to earn over 75K before they will cover maternity at 100%. Still, it is not as bad with other companies. For those earning less than 75K, you get 6 weeks at 70% under short term disability.
Cons
My only complaint is that my salary has been stagnant for years. I also found out that the pay cap for the same position on a different team is 68K. I make about 20K less than that after close to 10 years of experience. HR is aware but has not taken action and even went as far to state that this information is faulty despite that information was provided by a reliable source.
