      I started at CBRE 3 months ago and have loved every second. They have an amazing training program that focuses on helping you develop your own business. The company creates an amazing culture based off of great values that each employee demonstrates daily. It truly is an inspiring work environment to be a part of.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
