Pros

Cab service to the metro during the pre-pandemic period. - Free breakfast till then. - nice team members(depending on which team you are).

Cons

-This is for CBRE Gurgaon. Most of the happy and better ratings are done by hr people only I am telling my personal experience here. Not a place I would recommend. - They claim to be a fortune 500 company but don't act like one in this pandemic. - Managers have no say in whom to fire whom to not. - Best in office politics. - They fire people at any-time by scheduling a " Zoom call". - so if you have an offer from another I.T firm go with them instead. - Rating criteria are dumb like upper-level management and HR. - They will fire you irrespective of your rating. - The thing is they have a real-estate background so they act like one (Hire to fire). - This is an organization that I would never recommend going to as you never know when can be your last day so no stability. - People shout at each other in some teams which leads to distraction in the office. - HR is a mere joke here they will act like no place is a better place to be than here but at the time of removing you they will say "Even government jobs are not safe". - This organization is full of office politics and fake gurus or leaders who are good in propaganda. "Join at your own risk " This is for the D&T gurgaon

Pros

Benefits, pay, work/life balance. Support moving around within the company. A large corporation, but humane. Very professional, employees are at the top of their game.

Cons

Departments are siloed. Not much personality or heart. Top down emphasis is on selling a product, room for improvement on progressing and prioritizing their data.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
