      Pros

      Worked with a great team of people who were professional and knew their stuff.

      Cons

      The client determines the work load and the management at CBRE has to go with what the client expects - even if they don't agree with it or like it. It was difficult to take time off without getting backed up due to the work load.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
