      Pros

      Resources are there to succeed; strong management; meritocracy; CBRE is INVESTED in people that it hires and gives everybody the ability to be great.

      Cons

      Individual brokerage teams are responsible for hiring dedicated support and investing in their own marketing efforts, while this is not unusual in the business, it can be frustrating at times.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
