Pros

Office is pretty and is in the heart of UTC. Can say you work for “the #1 company”

Cons

They claim they care about their employees but clearly don’t. Have a personal life issue? Doesn’t matter be in the office. They claim they’re all inclusive of all people but people here are racist, call other people in the office nerds, and just feels like high school. Won’t pay me enough but my boss will send me his receipts to expense to the company such as: renting a Roles Royce to pick them up from the golf course, over $1,000 on just a bottle of wine at a closing dinner, ski trips, etc. They won’t even pay me enough to pay my inflated bills. As my coworker said, “we’re here to make the white men richer” don’t work here.
