      Great training, helpful coworkers, good culture, hybrid work schedule, 3 weeks PTO Year 1, 4 weeks PTO Year 2, 1,5x hourly overtime pay.

      Cons

      Pay is low relative to competitors and similar jobs and overtime is needed to bridge the pay gap. Upward mobility is slow, and not always based on performance.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
