Pros
Some office locations have a collaborative and fun environment with hard-working, dedicated colleagues on the front-line. But ultimately, the C-suite drives a cut-throat and dishonest culture that drives out the best talent.
Cons
Top management are so focused on their own bonuses and short-term share values, that they fail to see the big picture and are unable to achieve real impact. They claim to be a world-class organization, but act like a rivaling bunch of school boys arguing over turf. Lip-service only to ethics and diversity.
