Promotions - These are awarded without transparency and do not align to performance – often they are awarded to a small subset of people who play ‘office politics’, rather than creating outcomes that are actually good for the business. This is damaging the team culture and alienating the ‘core’ of ADs that have been working hard to drive positive business outcomes. - Further, there is a huge disconnect between the progression communicated by the hiring team and reality. Senior Management - Poorly integrated with team and fail to advocate for individual needs. Following restructure, teams have become siloed with key communication flows being axed. - Failure to attract top talent into mid-senior roles.
