I've been with CBREX for the last 3 years. The team works hard and has fun. This makes working here really easy, we all look forward to coming to the office and doing great work shoulder to shoulder. You’re given a lot of freedom and trust. You can leverage your strengths and working style to get the job done. There is still a lot of guidance and governance overseeing the work. The leadership is very passionate, extremely smart and they are motivating and inspirational. The learning potential is tremendous. The company is ambitious and has been growing at a rapid pace over the last few years (it’s still relatively young, just a few years old) and will continue to grow over the coming years to a pretty large size and value.
