Surrounded by a good group of people that truly enjoy what they do.
Cons
Not enough resources. You are expected to learn multiple positions while being paid for only one of them. It's also very competitive, which often leads to conflicts and strained relationships in the newsroom. The executive producers are the ones who perpetuate this behaviour. It's unfortunate.
