I worked for CBS for two months after purchasing a full size four door truck that was a stipulation of employment. Over that period of time I made almost my annual salary in sales by working 10-12hr days, weekends and after hours networking. I am a highly driven sales professional and was top sales in my office. The owner called a regional sales meeting on 10/13 and informed everyone that they are lowering our commission and territory structure. Basically all my hard work would be for the benefit of others in my office and they would receive my commissions, many reps where upset. The owner asked if we had any concerns I politely expressed that it is not fair for others to be paid for my hard work. The owner then said that I am not a team player, walk out the door, get in my truck and I was fired. I am now jobless and stuck with a $30k truck. DO NOT WORK HERE!! As said before NO JOB SECURITY!!! Hard work means nothing to them and their fascist commission structure.
