Great Professional Development Opportunity - Anonymous employee CBTW Employee Review

As someone who currently values growing in their career, coming into CBTW was a great decision I made. Operating on a lean business model, it is expected for one to wear multiple hats and I thoroughly enjoy it. Every day is different, the days fly by and it doesn't feel like "work" a lot of time. The work is challenging but meaningful, and that's why I believe it's a great professional (and personal) development opportunity. The people who work here in all the different countries are very nice and supportive, they're all hard workers and want the company to thrive and succeed. They truly do hold a "positive thinking" attitude and "collaboration" nature. The flexibility in work is also great. The hybrid schedule is nice because they have a really cool office. I think compensation is fair for my role.
