Cons
Gives you a manual with your paid holidays. When you try and get them they change the rules on the fly and say you can't have them because you weren't schedule to work on that holiday. Didn't get my insurance on my 3 month anniversary. Reason: we may change carrier's in a month. Got sick and had to pay out of my pocket.
