They don't want people to dread going to work and have been spectacular during the pandemic in terms of safety. Plus, they want to get to know their employees, holding fun virtual work events (in-person prior to COVID).

They have good benefits when you are employed by the company.

They do lots of employee turnover for any mistakes. Work ambiance is toxic completely coming from management and QC management.
