      Helpful upper management. Proper expectations for an internship. Let you work remotely and visit on-site. You get paid for your time, even if they do not end up using any or all of your work.

      Cons

      I do not know what it is like to work there full-time. Slightly far from major areas, car required. Expected to self-direct the internship.
