CCC has invested heavily in the past several years to ensure that we have state-of-the art internal systems and tools that enable our employees to work effectively and efficiently. We have some of the best and brightest technology talent in the market, which is why we are able to continuously innovate and drive radical change in our industry. Our turnover is consistently lower than the industry norm and we have nearly doubled the size of our full-time employee workforce in the past 5 years.
