Pros
Smart investments in a platform throughout the last decade has enabled the company to pivot and accelerate innovation through the development of mobile applications and predictive solutions to name a few. Focus on work life balance and employee development create an energized atmosphere where people like to show up for work. Currently experiencing the strongest level of cohesiveness at the executive level in the time I have been here (which permeates across the company).
Cons
Biggest problem is prioritization. There are so many great ideas within the company and from customers, but determining which should be prioritized is always a challenge. The process for doing so is improving greatly.
