Pros
Decent pay and the work-life balance is pretty good! The teams I've worked for are all friendly and supportive. Management is pretty good and they actually seem to listen to their employees!
Cons
The benefits are meh...PTO/sick leave could be better. They're pretty lousy about recognizing and celebrating diversity beyond an email newsletter. Working on different sides of the company, the legacy applications can be a bit of a mess.
