Can be a lot of work

Money made it acceptable, the work was challenging, and sometimes rewarding. Cutting edge technology can be very rewarding. The projects and the people were often top-notch.

The leadership and the attitude was from another country, or another culture. The lack of professionalism did pop up from time to time and made the office unpleasant. Often work did move forward smoothly, it was just a walking on eggshell feeling combined with unprofessional ideas that often were highlighted as best practices.
