Terrible benefits. No sick days. No one makes bonus but they hype it up as if it’s actually possible. Don’t fall for it. Takes 2 months to earn 1 day of PTO. If you call out sick, they will use your PTO without asking you. Overworked and underpaid. Unrealistic expectations, high turn over, no where to grow.
