      Very human approach to work from Senior Management. Coupled with some very talented individuals. Thorough and capable to the point of pendantic. Years of practical experience available.

      Cons

      Sometimes have an overblown opinion of themselves, not really a criticism just conflicts with my styrle. Can be blown off course and distracted with minutia instead of having a consistent set of objectives
