Too much micromanaging. Supervisors and any managers will retaliate if you come to them with a concern. Lots of harassment in the workplace. If you tried to say anything you would get picked on even worse to the point where you feel like you’re losing your mind. Lots of backstabbing and gossip. If you spoke to anyone of the opposite sex then you were definitely having an inappropriate relationship with that person. Or so the rumors go. Too much mandatory overtime. They will say to your face that your family doesn’t matter and you must work on all your days off. Everyone is underpaid. And they will only tell you if they don’t like things about you. They will never tell you when you have done a good job. There is no moving up to a higher paying position. If you ask you will be laughed at. I wasted 10 years of my life there and have been gone for 2 1/2 years. I am still recovering.
