      Pros

      It has many new and advanced equipments. Meritorious Students join after getting through the entrance exam. Good Science conferences and excellent invited speakers.

      Cons

      Most of the Scientists are incompetent and do not publish / publication has no impact. JRF, SRF and Postdoc are often misguided and have damaged careers. Staff mostly do not work; this govt institute rests on very few weakened shoulders.

      Great research institute with lots of facility

      quality of work highly depends on your principal investigator and guidance and support from them otherwise you wont be able to do much quality research

      Pros

      Best place for an aspiring research candidates. Lot to learn and very good work culture. Best place to share knowledge.

      Cons

      no center specific entrance exam. I did`t found any cons. It is best place to start your research career.
