Pros

The facade that's upheld by the employees. Everyone is calm and seemingly willing to help. The pay was ok. Mom-fri work schedule was great and the benefits were inexpensive.

Cons

Management doesn't mean what they say all anyone in that company cares about are themselves.

Lots of late nights and weekends.

Pros

Medical Benefits are wonderful - separate time off to allow for apppointments etc.

Cons

Required to work here two calendar years Jan-Dec before a raise is a possibility, upwards movement can be difficult.
