Continuously evolving and looking for best practices to stay ahead of ever changing technologies. Always open door to hear ideas and not once have I heard, “this is the way we have always done it” so this is how we need to do it.

Limited office space currently which limits all staff meetings and lunch n learns- which will be changing soon so we can have more of these team building activities.

Free sodas and coffee, coworkers are fun to work with

Expensive and limited benefits package, extremely high turnover (I've never seen anything like it anywhere else), CEO has a shoot the messenger approach that limits any real discussion of issues, raises are small, salaries tend to be lower than industry average. Company is big on handing out title promotions without any additional pay. Senior management/CEO doesn't have a good grasp on what people actually do and who is actually doing it.
