Pros
I am a fairly new employee at CCP. Knowing this industry a little bit I was very nervous about giving it another chance. One of the biggest eye openers so far is the fact I feel very important to the company and it really makes me want to do my best knowing I can help my fellow reps on my team as well as the company. The culture here is like nothing I have ever been a part of. To have all the freedom we have goes to show the trust the managers have in the reps. I am not used to that. The easy thing to do is micro manage but that doesn't exist here. In fact they openly talk about how we are the black sheep of the industry and will never be that type Of company. Our comp plan is very easy and simple to understand. I can actually see how I can make 6 figures based on how hard I work. In a short time it feels like I have been here for years. I guess that's the perk of being with a family owned company. After only a couple months I landed a few nice deals and have had commission checks in excess of $3,000 each. The one on one attention we get from managers that know this industry inside and out is very valuable. Very blessed to have landed at a company like this that is growing. Knowing how picky they are with hiring the right rep I am glad I got the chance.
Cons
Wish there wasn't a crumb cake bakery behind us. It always smells good and for anyone on a diet it could be tough to deal with lol Honestly it's been a pleasure working here and I can't foresee anything to complain about.
