Pros

Decent pay, Allowance for cellphone bill each month, Most of the regular non-management employees are somewhat nice to work with

Cons

Most of the management only cares about how much money the company and themselves are making. They don't take the time to train their employees. They expect them somehow to know how to do everything the way they do it at the company without proper training. I got ZERO TRAINING when I started.

Pros

As a freelance contractor of several years for CCR's Boston location, I can report that I have enjoyed working at many high-quality gigs, with great project management. Ron is 'the man' when it comes to putting together and running a show. He is a pleasure to work for, and knows how to keep comfortable boundaries, while trusting that his top performers will do the job right, without stepping on any toes. Good performance stems from the top.

Cons

While the company's headquarters are located in Canada, and my local office is in the US in the Boston area, a cap on freelancer rates has been implemented 'from above' forcing some top performers to either lower their rate, decline the work, or remain on the infrequent emergency call list. It would be valuable to the local leaders in freelance technology services to have the ability to keep their rates intact and in line with market value. Additionally, communication with other managers in this office has proven to be an exercise in futility.
