I’ve had a great experience working here. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, and it truly feels like a company that cares about its employees. I appreciate that it’s family originated, values its team members, and provides opportunities for room for growth. It’s also great to see a company that promotes within and supports employees in advancing their careers.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this company!

Paid Holidays are the only good thing

If you're a tech or warehouse worker, expect terrible shifts from Morning to overnight, expect to switch frequently. There is no such thing as a schedule, one day you work 8, the next day expect 15 hours. CCS will fire people randomly to save money and immediately give you more work because of it. The office is completely oblivious to how long things take and have unrealistic expectations about how much one person can do. The warehouse is short staffed and constantly stressed because of all they have to do, seems like the whole company depends on them and then spits in their face. Meanwhile the office socializes and laughs upstairs. I know of so many hard working employees that were fired for ridiculous reasons. Don't think you have job security if you work here. I know of a bunch of people who are all planning to quit at the same time. Low pay, poor treatment, no job security, disorganized job sites, etc. etc. And don't trust a certain person in power upstairs he'll smile at you face to face and stab you in the back. You've been warned. The company has slowly become corrupt and sour since a special someone joined. Everyone in CCS knows it.
