Other than the helpful associates who are more likely to guide you step by step. There are ZERO pros in this company. The ONLY benefit you'll get is the water dispenser. And if you're finding a place to train your mentality of handling stress, go ahead.
Cons
- Interns are not allowed to go for annual dinner
- New associates only get 8 days minimum annual leave
- Even if your contract working hours is until 6, the management WILL force u to go back late >30 mins
- Pay is not even close to what you're going to face during your time there.
- QUIET environment, absolutely no talks exists over 5 sentences in the office.
- Don't even talk about the bonus, PURE disapointment.
