      Pros

      Flexibility, hours, benefits, compensation and friendships

      Cons

      Poor management -- especially in HR and in the upper eschalons of the church administration and a true lack of transparency. It is very much a country club membership to be an employee here...doesn't matter your skill set/experience, its all in who you know.

      Great company to work at if you want work life balance and want to work with lots of different technologies.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best but it is expected since it is a non-profit.

      Love the people, love the mission. It is a fun work environment and values people over process!

      There are things just like any other job but overall a great place to work!
