Employees are visibly stressed and unhappy. Extreme wage gap between employees and management. Outdated technology with no sufficient training for new employees or manuals to refer to. Unsafe working environment during the Pandemic. Personal reasons are used to make business decisions. Lack of leadership from company officers that has resulted in a toxic working environment for remaining employees. Emphasize on business appearances over employee morale and safety.
