      Pros

      Friendly environment. GREAT people. Executive team is very approachable and it feels like a very much like a family. They prefer to promote within the organization when a position opens up.

      Cons

      Pay is low and no bonuses. People don't seem to stay there for long. Not really sure why. A great place for someone right out of college transitioning to the workforce, especially if you were a business or finance major.
