1. Partners/ Owners that build personal relationships with their staff (you are not just a number but a person that's valued) 2. This company produces great buildings. CDH does projects all across the country. 3. While working here I gained knowledge in all phases of building construction (preliminary design, design, production, project management and construction administration). You can become a well rounded architect.
