The organization feels poorly structured At the Montreal campus, management and staff are heavily concentrated from a specific cultural background, which may create a lack of diversity and an uncomfortable environment for others As an Asian employee, I personally felt unequal treatment and subtle discrimination Compensation is low considering qualifications (approximately $22/hour by 2023, even with a Master’s degree) Low pay and limited benefits, especially compared to the workload and expectations The company does not effectively distinguish or reward high-performing employees While many students were enrolled (mostly international students), actual job placement in the field was relatively low Overall, not a company I would strongly recommend
