Pros
Some people can be really helpful and nice. CDI is very welcoming to people who don't have a lot of construction experience. They say they are willing to teach you. Maybe if you have years of experience this company will work for you.
Cons
Very, very old school. I would even say sexist and there is definitely some racism as well. I would not recommend anyone woman or person of color to work there. As well as younger people that are wanting to learn. If you don't know something they will make you look/feel incompetent. I've seen it with a few younger PE, getting yelled at or not being able to go home, due to the higher ups mistakes... I wish they were treated better. Higher ups only care about higher ups, they will let their people treat you anyway they want.
Very unorganized and veryyy unprofessional.
My advice, don't do it.
