Pros
Flexible work time. Partial working from home policy. New technologies and methods are embraced and encouraged. Nice office campus environment. Opportunities for promotion. A good manager keeps my team well managed, motivated and informed.
Cons
So-called "Architects" don't have any grip on reality, don't seem to do much in terms of being productive. Some different teams/areas that don't communicate well with eachother. Promoting from within means that there are a few people in jobs that they're not really that good at. With the exception of the Director of Service... No visibility from directors whatsoever. "Empire" building / mystery promotions that seem to be made up for the select few.
