Little or no recognition for successes. Few feedback loops to improve work flow or processes Frequent snap decisions by management Culture of fear prevalent Independent thought discouraged Bullying common place. Little support for junior positions. No mentor ship program for staff operating outside the field. Below industry standard pay. Strict hourly schedule (arrival time/lunch/departure) for office employees. HR managers are frequently changed and the system is impotent. HR policies are not enforced. Situations involving abuse of policy lead to the least unsophisticated solution possible - the lower tenured employee is shown the door as soon as possible.
