Pros
Small company, everyone knows everyone else. The hours are great, M-F 8-5 or 7-4 depending on your position. I've held several positions across several companies and CDN definitely ranks at the top of my favorite places to work list. It's a very laid back and casual environment where there's not a lot of work stress, what more could you ask for? As long as you do your job people are as friendly as could be, don't slack off and you won't have any problems working here. Being a small company the management obviously have to make sure that you are pulling your weight.
Cons
There's a little bit of micro-managing going on, but nothing out of the ordinary and exactly would you would probably expect at ANY company. Pay is not as competitive as it could be and I think it could be a little more balanced. Every position has it's importance but some very critical positions are a little less recognized & rewarded than they should be. Also, the benefits offered are great but insurance is pricey.
