      Pros

      Flexible scheduling Very relaxed management (Except for one of the owners) Small company fun Employees for the most part pretty good Can learn a lot about a lot One owner, Doug, is absolutely amazing and would do almost anything for his employees. One of the best people I have ever known

      Communication is absolutely horrendous between management and the employees There is barely any positive reinforcement that anyone does a good job. The company does not have a direction. Two owners could not be more different and their management styles and personality reflect that The other owner really only cares about himself and money. Enough said

      Pros

      Competitive Pay, Consistent Schedule, Time off rarely gets denied.

      Cons

      Unprofessional staff and management, extreme micromanaging, and the owner regularly insults and demeans you. Unclean work environment, wild animals regularly get into the office and urinate, defecate, and die, being left to stink for weeks. The building itself is extremely dirty. I would go as far to say that the negatives far outweigh the positives. Go elsewhere to a small business that actually acknowledges and appreciates their employees.
