CDRator definitely has some great and fun people to work with. And, the work/life is well balanced. There is a flex working hours scheme that allows you easily to get some extra work done and later get "a Friday or Monday off" and enjoy a great weekend.
Cons
Level of bureaucracy varies from team-to-team and between customers. While there are some extremely good teams and great customers (if you're as lucky as me) - there are also some notorious customers and crazy managers. All-in-all, the company is still in the phase of growth and development and many things have a chance to change for better of worth.
