      Very small office, access to every employee at every level.

      Cons

      Outdated environment, management smokes in their office but props the door open, unsafe neighborhood in industrial area.

      Pros

      Flexible project deadlines. 39 hours weekly work hours (Straight 8 am-5 pm work schedules). Good employee benefits like 401K & 2 weeks vacation.

      Cons

      Avg age of employees is more than 50. They work slow, casually, and some of them even sleep at job. Office culture is lethargic. All this discourages other productive employees.
