      Only if you doesnt want to work and want to be in a PSU kinda environment.

      Cons

      No career growth and value addition if you dont involve yourself in the organizational politics.

      Pros

      Amazing training program - the rotational training program they have is amazing Very friendly management - management is friendly and supportive most of the times Frequent Outings - One exciting outing per year is compulsory!

      Cons

      I don't really find many cons working at this place, Salary structure could have been a bit better. It is a good company to start off in your career
