      Pros: I have 10+years of experience, and I am working with CEBS for 2 years, I can confidently say that this is the best company I have ever worked with. Management takes care of its employees, be it fresher or experienced, everyone is equal.

      Pros

      A good company to learn and start your career. Plenty of openings for JAVA, J2EE and WCS developers. Professional and stable HR staff. Motivating management. Onsite opportunities available.

      Cons

      Very demanding job, not a place for incompetent people and no growth at certain levels.
